Refunding my Paypal

Over the weekend I made a large order. After this, no communication occured with the supplier. I then saw the account I hold showing the money back and the order was cancelled.

I just cannot get this money back to my Paypal account. Can you please tell me how I get this back to Paypal as I cannot see at all where this option is on the system!
