I’ve recently had a seller cancel because they couldn’t do the job. The money has gone into my Fiverr balance rather than back on my card. Is there a way of transferring it back or am I now stuck having to use it on here? It’s a substantial amount of money that I’d rather be refunded for properly. They didn’t refund the service charge back either! Help anyone?

When an order is cancelled. The funds are put into your 5r account shopping balance for future purchases.

You can reach out to Customer Support to request the refund back to the original payment method.
You will never see that 2$ processing fee ever again. They will not refund that to you.
However, if you hire someone using the funds in your account, I do not believe you have to pay that fee again.
Please contact support, without their help and the decisions they take, actually, we have nothing to do at all.
