Rejection problem with buyer request

I am a new seller I have some doubt anybody helps me

if I reject the first order, Fiverr may allow me to make an offer for a subsequent buyer request?
I want to know about seller eligibility send an offer to buyer request

You can make 10 offers per day to Buyer Requests.

That means 10 total offers to Buyer Requests that you are quaified to make offers to.

However, also please note that you may make 10 offers and not be chosen for any of the jobs.
