As @cheezees told you, your only resource is Customer Support as Fiverr site doesn’t let you close your account.

I just want to ask you why you’re walking that way: you could simply leave your account “sleeping”, pausing all your gigs and writing a new message on your description.

Maybe one day you want to come back and you have your account ready…

Just think about it…
