Replying in minutes makes no difference


Why do I waste so much time and paranoya over answering a request, question, custom offer, inbox message and I STILL have below an 100% response rate? I have literally answered all of my messages within a 3 hour window, mostly within minutes acutally yet it still shows that I’m underperforming in responses? It’s the only thing at this point killing my ranking. Help Fiverr - please pay attention to this. I feel like there’s just something wrong with a response time effecting a ranking.


This implies to both ratings,completion rates and all. i had a suggestion of making these stuff real-time. This is like lighting a matchstick and waiting it to burn anytime now…lol
