Report feature for the "Buyer Request" area?

I’ve seen a lot of sellers abusing the buyer request area posting their services among the buyers when it clearly says “BUYER” request. So I’m suggesting to editors and whom ever who can edit features to either stricken the seller rules or to include a report feature for the buyer requests posted.
