Hello to everyone,
To keep it short. I had a difficult buyer and he requested a refund. He never asked for a revision, he just wanted his money back.
He opened a dispute and I refused to cancel his order. Somehow my decision to decline the cancellation was not registered and it was automatically cancelled!
I contacted the RC, but told me it was my fault…As if!
Apart from being annoyed with the system for failing, I am wondering If I should report this buyer. He is a top buyer and all, but he’s a nightmare to work with!
Any insight would be really appreciated
