Reporting a buyer?

Hello to everyone,

To keep it short. I had a difficult buyer and he requested a refund. He never asked for a revision, he just wanted his money back.
He opened a dispute and I refused to cancel his order. Somehow my decision to decline the cancellation was not registered and it was automatically cancelled!

I contacted the RC, but told me it was my fault…As if!

Apart from being annoyed with the system for failing, I am wondering If I should report this buyer. He is a top buyer and all, but he’s a nightmare to work with!

Any insight would be really appreciated

You should contact customer support for sure, clients have been trying to attach images all week and only half the time it works and email notification of job activity is spotty at best so I wish you luck.

As for the client, nothing to be done now, sadly.
