Request refund?

I paid For a logo and it is marked very late with no reply from seller. How can I get A refund so I can Just take my business else where? No response from seller at all ever. I tried Chat and it’s going on 48 hours.

Go to the order page, then Resolution Center, and request a cancellation. Since it’s marked as very late, the cancellation should go through instantly, and you’ll get a refund.

Last time this happened, I believe I got a message saying that my order was ridiculously late and could cancel.

If the seller doesn’t reply, as catwriter said you visit the resolution center. Open the order, and look at the top right for the Resolution Center tab. Click on that, and follow the prompts.
