I had a request rejected but have no idea why. I had a previous project that didn’t go well but despite that, I paid the supplier and there were no cross words. What would be the reason for a request being rejected?
I would imagine that Customer Support is the only place to find specific answers like this. If having a specific answer is important, feel free to send them a message.

No - I was nice and paid the bill even though I was not happy with the work!

There could be many reasons (wrong wording, contact information, website links, copyright infringement, requests for something illegal…), but it’s impossible to guess what’s going on without knowing what you requested.
It’s hard to tell why it happened. But find another seller, perhaps?
