Request to fiverr for Seller Request!

Recently when I knocked the door of customer care service of fiverr for the problem of my getting level badge they told me my
Order cancellation rate is significantly soo high.Yes I also checked that and te main cause is some buyer just order a gig without contacting a seller then they give a high end work that’s not worth for 5$ that’s why we have to cancel order frequently though I written in my gigs boldly that Before placing Order Contact with us
So my personal request to fiverr to enable seller accept order features to overcome those problems
I mean fiverr should enable seller order accept request option as like as buyer accept order request option
