My one order was too late. Due to some reasons, I was unable to deliver the order on time. I had informed the buyer about this. But when I was prepared for delivering the order, I realized the buyer canceled the order. When I asked him, why he canceled the order even I requested to not cancel the order. He replied,
“Hello, this was an accident. I have contacted Fiverr support to remove the negative feedback and restore the gig.
Fiverr has been slow and when I was clicking to cancel a different gig caused me to cancel this on accident.
So sorry. Hope they will resolve too!”
Neither he got any response for his query nor I got any response from support team. We have submitted the ticket at Apr 16.
