A client placed an order and without providing requirements he is lost. I have tried many times to contact him- nudged him, messaged him, but not a single reply whatsoever. It’s affecting my order completion rate. How should I resolve this problem?
Contact in the suppor. Might be help there
Write the CS and ask them to cancel the order without harming your stats.
