A client placed an order and without providing requirements he is lost. I have tried many times to contact him- nudged him, messaged him, but not a single reply whatsoever. It’s affecting my order completion rate. How should I resolve this problem?

Contact in the suppor. Might be help there

Click your profile image on top of main site menu bar OR scroll to footer on main site, click “Help & Support”

Scroll to “Seller Help Center” button, click

Scroll to “Contact Us” button, click

Pick the most fitting options from the drop-downs of the ticket system
