Requirements Not Attached After 2 Days

Hi Fiverr’s

Yes, I know this is probably been discussed many times. But what is the best course of action for the following? This is a little different.

A client who has ordered from me before placed an order. By mistake I checked the order in the app, and accidentally clicked “Skip requirements”. However after 2 days of trying to contact my client, no cigar.
Do I ask customer service to cancel it? Or should I ask them to stop the clock? or both.
My metrics are at 100% right now and obviously don’t want this to become late!. In the past clients have come through at the 11th hour, but with 16 hours left I doubt they will this time. Don’t want to wait until it’s too late. What do you suggest?

I’m sorry to say, but the best way to go is to cancel that order.
