Resolution Center giving wrong time for "last heard from seller"

So I go to the Resolution Center and it says its generic don’t fret message. You last heard from this seller 8 hours ago.

But the last message I received from the seller was 2 days ago!

Why such a time lapse?

Anyone else notice this issue?
