Responce rate. Down


My responce rate is going down continuecly even i reply within mints please suggest me some tips to improve responce rate and second it will effect my profile. ??


Yes it will affect to your profile and I suggest to you want to send final message of every conversation you and your client.

Replying within 24 hours is necessary for your response to be tracked. Response time is based on the last 30 days of a seller’s activity and tracks the amount of time it takes for a sellers to respond when first contacted by a user. :slight_smile:


there is an error with the response rate algorithm. this is well known and you will see other posts on the forum about it. You have two options:

  1. don’t worry about it. There’s no evidence it affects your sales
  2. ask customer services to reset it.


Yes you need to response every message and also finish the conversion from you end.
