Responding to buyer feedback

Hi All -
New to fiverr and received my first customer feedback (yay!) - but cannot seem to find the link or function to reply back to their feedback. I see seller responses to buyer feedback on other user pages, but cannot find a way to do this for my own account. Any guidance is appreciated!

Hi there,

If you open up the completed order and scroll to the bottom, you will see below the customers feedback a field for you to respond to said feedback with your own rating and review.

When a customer leaves a review, the order will also be shown on your To Do list with a thumbs up icon to the left and a RATE NOW button over on the right. Clicking the RATE NOW button will open up the order and allow you to review your buyer.
