Are you facing this issue while sending buyer request through mobile? If yes then try sending through browser. If it still causes issue, contact customer support to help you further.

Hopefully it wouldn’t cause any problem through browser. Once you’ll send request through browser, the bug in the mobile app will be resolved automatically and you’ll be able to send request through mobile phone again.

Okay, thank you. Because, sometimes the buyer requests shown in the mobile app cannot be seen when I log in through the browser. This is confusing.
