Response Rate Continuum

I see over the years this has been a re occurring issue that hasn’t been corrected. If I’m responding to someone in another country and their daytime is my nighttime there is a considerable difference of WHEN I’ll respond meaning… I can’t if I’m asleep. However when I wake up and respond my rate drops from 100% to 64% (If multiple conversations) and it list my response time as 8 hours. Then if I’m having a conversation with someone it’s like they experience the same thing so we’re saying by to each other like 15 times literally until someone stops just the we wont get told we’re answering too slow. That seems to be a real issue. New clients look at that and may not want to respond even though you’re doing what you’re supposed to as far as communication.
