To clarify: I’ve had 6 previous orders that I all responded to immediately and so I had a 100% response rate. I got an order a couple days ago which I responded to as well. But today I check the app and my response rate dropped to 50%??? Even if I didn’t respond to my new order in time how could it drop that low??
The metric focuses on Inbox messages, not order replies.
This, it’s based upon answering to the first PM you receive from the buyer (spam messages aren’t counted, IIRC).
