Response rate dropped because of banned client

i recently received a message from a client, though i did not see or respond to it because CS banned him for some reason, it said that i shouldn’t worry about the response rate because it will not affect it, but it affected it, i waited for days now and it wouldn’t go back to normal.

Should i contact support for this ? will they fix it ?
