Hi, over the last week my response rate dropped from 95% to 86% and I lost my Level Two seller status. I literally haven’t got any message that I skipped. I only even got like 2 messages in the last week. Where is this going wrong??
Check if it was caused by spam in the last week that was flagged as spam in time.
If so you could contact CS.
You could also check the messages from the last 60 days. Some of the ones you responded to in time could have gone out of the 60 day window leaving a higher percentage of ones you didn’t respond to within 24 hours in the list. Ideally the system would show which messages it’s based on.
