Response Rate Drops and Need to Be Reset Too Much

I have had to contact customer support so many times about my response rate dropping, even though I respond to all my messages. My orders complete rate suddenly goes 100% to 85%?

You can just open that message and let the buyer know that him/her is spamming and just hit the report icon.
