Response rate getting low automatically

hi fiverr community,
my response rate is getting low day by day .infact i’m not getting any messages from last week or any delay in reply of my inbox.Can anybody know how to fix it ?
Also my gig going down from last month ,can anybody check and help me out how to improve it .i didn’t get orders.
