I respond to everything in my inbox, I’m not sure why the rate is going down. My rate time is 1 hr… So, not sure why it was 100% and now 95%… Am I missing something?
There are lots of posts saying that counter is sort of filled with bugs. Don’t worry about it!
This happens a lot! If you see a timer stay on a message even after answering to the message, then that is what drops the response rate from my experience. Sometimes this also happens on order pages for some reason, even if there’s nothing to respond to.
People have reported that it doesn’t affect sales, but if it bugs you, you may want to report it to support and see if they can correct it for you.
