Hello everyone, My response rate was always %100 and today it dropped to %50 suddenly, I haven’t gotten any messages and not responded to them, please help me in this as it will help me in achieving level 1 seller.

Are there any spam messages that you either didn’t respond to, or didn’t mark as spam? Your response rate isn’t likely to “suddenly drop” 50% without a reason.
If you think this is indeed somehow in error, then it would be best to contact Customer Support and ask them to look into it for you.

You say your response rate is 50% and your profile shows your avg. response time is 1 hour 
Not sure, but I would say that, definitely, there’s someting out of place.
Please do as per @jonbaas’s advice.

I contacted support and thankfully it was just an error and it got resolved, thank you all for your help.
