Response rate is super low. Need your help!

I was once a level 2 seller but somehow found my response rate going lower and lower. Now it’s only %70 and I have been having a hard time raising it. I was demoted and couldn’t offer gigs on the Buyers Requests page. Is there any way to fix this? I’m not receiving a lot of messages lately too 😦

Perhaps if any of you could leave me a message that I could respond to, to raise my response rate? If it’s not too much to ask, please help! I’m not sure if that would work but I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
