Response Rate Keep Losing Rate

I keep losing rate. I always answer before 24 hours. It is not possible to lose 5% of the response rate, if I reply to my client after only 3 hours. This new system is broken and must be reviewed!

I thought mine was wrong too. Then I contacted CS and they told me exactly who messaged me that I did not respond to. It was over the Christmas Holiday.
