Response Rate Keeps Dropping with no activity?


How does my response rate keep dropping when I haven’t had any activity for the past few days? It’s dropped an average of 2-3 points each day for the past week. I’ve only had two messages from clients and I’ve been online for both so I was able to respond within seconds. Doesn’t make any sense to me. And every time I fill out a ticket I get a canned response. Hmmm…


This explanation is about completion rate, but the same method applies. :wink:
