Response Rate Keeps Going Down Even Though I Answer All [ANSWERED]

I was at 100% and nearly every day, my response rate goes down by 1%. The thing is I answer each and every message I receive AND I answer a vast majority of inquiries within 15 minutes to three hours. The longest time I have taken to respond is about 8 hours.

So why does the response rate keep on decreasing?

It’s honestly quite frustrating. I don’t like being penalized when I’m not doing anything wrong.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Mine as well. I’ve responded to all messages in my inbox within 24 hours (usually within 1-2 hours max) and it has gone from 100% down to 93% the last few days. Not sure why that would be. Hopefully they look into it.
