Response rate lowered due to spam

Hi all,

Just looking for some advice as my response rate has been lowered due to 8 spam messages in a row. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to reply as Fiverr had banned the accounts. This has ultimately led to a drop in my response rate.

I saw this issue once before but I can’t remember the solution.

I have the same problem. I got about 20 spam messages from different accounts all at once, but I couldn’t respond becasue the accounts were banned. Now my responce rate has dropped from 100% to 75%.

Explain what has happened to customer support and they will help you.
