Response rate remains and never changes

I have been experiencing a serious glitch where even though I reply to all the new messages within 24 hours (most of them are actually 1-2 hours) the response rate remains the same. One day, it even dropped, then remains the same. I went back and checked all the messages and now I can confirm I have replied to all of them within 24 hours. It has been already more than 1 week since this issue started. Since then, I have responded to all the messages in time but the response rate (as well as response time) does not change at all. It seems many others have experienced this so far. I’d like to know how things are going with you guys. I also thought one of my chrome extensions was causing this problem probably… but no idea. I’m only using abast and LastPass vault extensions. I appreciate any help on this.

Same Here, Just Keep Responding as fast as possible , its might take a month or So to get down to 1 hr or even available now feature
