Response rating issue

In a normal conversation you won’t always need to have the last word.


If I’ve already said goodbye to the seller and he responds with a bye - do I now need to say bye again to ensure my response rate does not get a hit?

I always respond promptly to my messages and I’m on 97% so just wondering if this is the reason i’m not on 100%

I may be wrong, but I’m pretty sure it’s only the first response which is logged. I have several chats right now un-opened, like I do a lot of the time (Usually just buyer confirming something) and my response rate is at 1 hour.
