If you’re sure it’s wrong you can contact Fiverr support at the link below and ask them if they can fix it (they should be able to if it’s wrong).

It takes into account all first messages received in the last 60 days so if you’re sure there’s no messages that took you a long time to respond to in the last 60 days (or you are sure the average isn’t anywhere close to 112 hours) I’d contact them.

yes I am sure I reply back with in 1 hour and max 2 hours.

Check your spam folder? Maybe there’s a message you missed. If there is, verify that it’s spam and mark it as such.

Though a missed message wouldn’t affect the response time, only the response rate. It’s the response time that’s too high.
