Response time average over the holidays counted

Mild papercut here.
Over the break there was a “hey we’re letting people not get back to you until a week later because holidays”. But if I decided to leave someone on read over the holidays, my response time average skyrocketed from 3 hours to 9? And the customers can see that number? I am annoyed.
(Again, mild papercut status because I know it’s all about marketting and Fiverr doesn’t want to RISK ANY “oh well they were slow to respond” no matter what day of the year it is.)


I’m pretty sure the only thing that was increased over the holidays was that buyers had 7 days to review a delivery, instead of the usual 3.

Don’t think there were changes to anything else.
