Response time decreasing every day

Hello everyone!
I was having response time of 1 hr 4 days ago it went up to 2 hrs and today its showing 3 hours whereas i haven’t missed any message or query.
Any one facing same issue? How to solve this?

Responding to messages faster should shorten the average response time. It’s based on the last 60 days so it can decrease depending on which responses go out of the 60 day window and which ones are now in it.

Response time isn’t about missing messages, it’s about the ones you do respond to and the time difference between the buyer’s first message to you and your reply. The response rate is about the percentage of first messages you respond to (all only counting those in the last 60 days).
