Response Time is decreasing due to a bug

Hello Everyone,

This is my second time i received a message which i was unable to open and a notification was appearing “For privacy reason, this user may not be contacted directly” on the header of website. I didn’t even read what’s in it. It may not be show because it’s not according to fiverr policy or whatever.

The problem is that i am losing my response rate because i am unable to respond these messages. Me being as a beginner on fiverr, Response rate means a lot to me. Is there any way to fix it?
