My response time shows 4 hours suddenly. and this sud not be happen i think as i am awalys active and try to give fast reply whenever i get any knock.
Do you have any idea why this is happening? i am in need of a quick solution.

There is no quick solution. The sooner you respond, the lower your response time.
For example, let’s say you have received and responded to two messages. You respond to message one within two hours, and you respond to message two within eight hours - your overall response time will be five hours (2+8) / 2 = 5.
