Lately I’ve been having a chronic problem with buyer communication. Specifically, trying to get a response out of them!

It’s not uncommon for me to get 1 or 2 inquiries a day. I almost always respond at least within the same day or a couple of hours after receiving their message. Usually I respond with a confirmation and tell them to order whenever they are available. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that a large part of my potential buyers never respond, and I never hear from them again!

I’m not sure if they just get too busy, forget, find a better price elsewhere, or what; but this issue sure is costing me a lot of sales :frowning:

Do the rest of you suffer from this issue much? What do you usually do about it? Just forget about it, or send a follow-up message, maybe offering any extra help or information?


I always examine my communication to see what went wrong. Do I say the same thing to most of the buyers that never come back? If that’s the case, I’ll change the words I’m using to see if that helps. Often it does!


Forget about it, try to replay as fast as you can, thats the only thing you can do.
