"Responsiveness" can GTFO


Dear Fiverr -

Your system to measure the Response Rate of sellers is complete BS. With the exception of messages that I’ve marked as spam, I’ve responded to EVERY message I’ve received on Fiverr EVER, and always within 24 hours. I don’t know how you think I’ve got a response rate of 33%, but it’s total BS and your system is rubbish.

That’s fine and well if you want to create new metrics to determine which sellers get more and less traffic, but don’t hurt our sales with a clearly broken measurement system.
