Revenue/mission control page not found

I am a new seller on Fiverr but after logging in to update my profile and settings, I discovered that the Revenue Page/Mission Control is not available in my account.



My question are as follows:

1. Where do I locate the Revenue Page in my new Fiverr account?
   
2. How do I add my Paypal email address to my new Fiverr account?
   
3. How do I apply for Fiverr Revenue card on my new Fiverr account?
