Review Modification?

My buyer mistakenly published negative review ,he thought he didn’t get the file but later he get it and now he is asking me how to change the negative comment .

I need help if any one can tell me how buyer can modify his review after completion of a Gig ?

Talk to Customer Support and ask them to fix it. You can show screenshots of the conversation with your buyer for proof.

Your buyer has 3 days to edit the rating. If it’s still within the 3 day window he can open the order, scroll all the way down to the feedback section and click on “Edit” .
