Review Time is not Matching With Exact Time

Greetings! Hope all you are very well. Today I want to share a problem with you that I’m facing nowadays.

After delivering the order, my buyers give me the feedback/review. My profile is showing that review correctly but the review time is not matching with the exact time. Suppose, my buyer has given me his feedback before 1 minute. But my profile is showing the review before 6 hours ago.

Is that common problem with all you or only I’m facing this problem? Waiting for your informative reply…

Yes .I am also facing this problem 😂.And I think this is common problem …And sometime feedback show “just now” more than 2 hours… I am facing that from last month.

Out of curiosity, why does it matter? It would seem to me that the exact time of a review isn’t that important.
