Reviewed Order but not get it done correctly

Hi,

I’ve reviewed an order already but when I checked my site the seller didn’t complete the task properly. When I asked him to complete he told his laptop is with repairing. How can I get it refunded when I’ve reviewed already??
Please help me out.

Thanks for your kind response I’d been waiting for seller to respond me from last 3 days but no response. So I’ve contacted support via resolution center let’s see how it goes.

You should contact with customer support they will help you and send your money back to you in case the order was not deliver correctly
