Reviews and ratings from buyer side after the order is completed!

Hello there friends!

I am facing a problem my buyer was not available for many days after placing order due to some reasons he came back after 10 days after the order completed automatically! he liked the designs i have made for him and he would like to give me rate 5 star for my work but unable to do it! as per his explanation he can see any option to rate me after the order is completed automatically!

Can anyone suggest me the solution please!!

This happened to me also , I even gave him clear instruction on how to give feedback but the option was not available .
Try sending him attached pic , maybe this will help.
