Revision request not specified

Hello,

I have a buyer who asked for a revision on his order but didn’t specify what he wanted. He said he’d review with his team and get back to me later. It has been 9 days though so it has been marked as late for a while.
I think I read somewhere here that once the order is delivered, the revision time won’t affect your statistics, it this right?
I have sent a couple of reminders but he hasn’t answered. Could this end up affecting me?
