I hope that rights of freelancers can be further protected by Fiverr.
Recently I have an order that didn’t give me most of the files I need. In my gig and the purchasing page,I clearly stated that I need what kinds of files to work on + contact me before ordering. Someone just placed an order and while we are talking , he doesn’t even know when can he get all the files for me.
I feel like it’s better to cancel the order. From the resolution center, it said cancelling an order will weaken order completion rate that may hurt the business.
Sorry but I don’t understand why sellers have to bear this responsibility and result for something that’s not their fault.
