Ripped off by a seller - No communication from either seller or Fiverr

I’ve tried to make contact with seller and fiver through the resolution centre but no response from either at all!

How do I make contact with fiverr in a way of getting answers?

But it’s after order was already “delivered”. Haven’t seen it mentioned anywhere but I’ll check my paypal account, still strange that no replay by the admin or a confirmation message is sent to confirm this. Also if I knew I can’t leave a review after the resolution centre I’d might as well pay this $5 just to warn everybody else from this seller. I guess this scam seller is making a lot of money from people who do not claim their money back or leave a negative review. Aggravating…
