Sales dropping...tried everything!

Need Serious Help…I am doing everything to be active on fiverr and be noticeable to buyers but still my sales are dropping…

I do Social sharing for my gigs
I do provide best quality work to client as you can see my rating.
I quote them less
I provide them free offer sometimes.
Also provide unlimited editings.
Also actice on fiverr forum.
Also give clients custom orders.
Include packages.

Touchwood…My buyers are happy with my work untill now but still i am not getting that much order as i am expecting… being in level 2.

Can anyone suggest me something which i can do instead of the above to increase my sales?
