Saving my logo

Hi guys. I might be asking something that is so obvious for most but I have no clue how to download the design produced for me. All I can do is view the image but have no clue how to save it to use it for my physical business card etc. any help please!

There should be a blue link right below (or on the right side of) the picture you review, I believe.
It should be in similar format to “picture’s name. Jpg”.
