Saying Im late for delivery but buyer doesn't wait it

I’m confused about this buyers needs. They said they sent me a email of what they wanted But i never received one, Now Im getting late notices and I don’t think its my fault.

What do I do now?

you can’t do nothing, sometimes few buyers don’t contact on time!!! You can contact fiverr customer support, if any bad happened!!!

Did you send daily reminders to them through Fiverr email? If so, take a screen shot of your communication history and take it up with Customer Support. Worst thing is if they cancel the gig and leave you negative feedback. Customer Support can help with removing the negative feedback BUT ONLY with proof that you were trying very hard to meet the requirements of the gig.
